3/52 King Prawn-Vegetable-Packages

The recipe for week number three was quite a challenge for us. We were both not that much into shrimps and prawns but also didn't have them too often to say that's something we won't eat. At least none of us had ever had king prawns. So we gave it a try. The recipe was pretty easy to make, just cut red and yellow peppers, shallots and garlic in slices, add black olives, capers and chopped thyme and some salt, pepper and sumac for seasoning. Put on a sheet of baking parchment, put some peeled and deveined king prawns on top, sprinkle with olive oil. Fold the baking parchment forming a package and put in the oven for 15 minutes. That's it.
Our résumé for the king prawn adventure is that the vegetables were downright delicious and also the prawns tasted nice, but they are still nothing we would call our favorite thing to eat.
We are a little late for the recipe of week 4, but I'm looking forward to it. It's pasta. Who doesn't love pasta?

I had my first exam on friday and it didn't really went how I thought it would. It's a bummer, but life goes on. In fact, life goes on with only 3 days left to study for an even bigger exam. I can't wait for the semester break and for some time to create new DIY projects for you and to update my blog design a bit. Thank you all for reading along. Thank you for your patience!
