On week 4 of our 52 week challenge we had orechiette with broccoli and Parma ham. And what a nice surprise this dish was! We used only pretty ordinary ingredients like broccoli, pasta (we couldn't find orecchiette and took pasta that looked at least a bit like orecchiette), a little fresh chili, garlic, Parmesan cheese and some Parma ham and gave them no special treatment... but it tasted downright heavenly! This meal was one of my favorites so far. Yummy!
