I know we are two recipes behind, but we're still on our weekly challenge and we will make 52 Italian dishes this year. Do not fear! This week we screwed it up for the first time. What a bummer! But at least it looked good. Our mistake was taking pickled anchovies instead of fresh ones (because we couldn't find fresh ones in any shop nearby). We gave it a try and it just tasted awful and went straight into the trash can. Yikes!
I'm pretty sure that it will taste great with fresh anchovies, though. Something had to go wrong at some point of our challenge, right?
